Monica Riordan

Monica Riordan holds a PhD in experimental psychology from the University of Memphis and is currently an associate professor at Chatham University. Her research examines interpersonal communication (both verbal and nonverbal) via computer-mediated communication mediums such as email, text, and social media, with a focus on how we convey and interpret emotion and other cues to context and meaning.
